Now Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, Nadine Magro joined the Group in 2022, bringing 10 years of experience in corporate management and compliance, having worked in the financial services industry since 2013.

“I also serve as Company Secretary to all group subsidiaries and its various committees as well as Trident Estates plc,” she says.

Ms Magro holds an ICA Advanced Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, awarded in association with Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester.
