Michael Seifert moved to Malta with his wife in 1995 and the island is, today, the headquarters of the Seifert Systems Group. Seifert Systems was founded by his father in Schwelm, Germany in 1965.

“As second-generation owner and Chief Executive Officer, I oversee operations at our international locations in five countries, totalling over 350 employees. My main focus is in the Sales and R&D processes, ensuring continuous innovation, expanding the value we offer clients,” Mr Seifert explains.

With more than 50 years of experience, Seifert Systems has grown into a group of companies with its own branches in Malta, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the USA and Australia.

Its most important goal is to maintain its leading market position in the air conditioning of industrial enclosures and control cabinet. The company slogan, ‘pioneering innovative’, combines vision and commitment in everything it does.
