Matthew Sammut is the co-founder of NIU, a Malta-based full-service agency that is selected by companies of all sizes for expertise in web application development, mobile apps, WordPress and WooCommerce development, hosting, security and digital marketing services.
He also co-founded one of Europe's leading ICT academies, the Institute of Computer Education (ICE) Malta, representing educational partners Adobe, Autodesk, Linux, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS and The Digital Marketing Institute, among other prestigious brands, to deliver in-demand industry learning.
Another enterprise he co-founded is TheStudentCampus.com, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that has built a unique, intuitive platform which positions students and employees at the heart of the educational arena. In 2017, TheStudentCampus won 'Malta's Best Tech Startup' award by the Malta Communications Authority, considered to be Malta’s biggest ‘Badge of Honour’ in eBusiness.
“I am an accredited Adobe educator and an Industry Practitioner for The Digital Marketing Institute. I am also a regular contributor for a number of publications and conferences focused on education, entrepreneurship and ICT,” Mr Sammut, who has a Bachelor of Science in ICT (Hons) Degree from the University of Malta, explains.
