At the age of 19, Matthew Napier got his first job as a Shipping Clerk with Bianchi Group of Companies. After learning the basics, he took on a role in sales of FCL container freight with Medsea Shipping and later joined CMA CGM (at the time, Carmelo Caruana Co. Ltd).

“When I was 28, I worked in the road freight sector, fell in love with the fast-paced industry and started gaining experience on the operational and commercial side of trailer transport,” he says.

Mr Napier rejoined Carmelo Caruana Co. Ltd as a Sales Manager in 2018, focusing on various services in the freight forwarding spectrum, achieving year on year growth on the road and sea groupage consolidations and FCL services.

“As Operations Manager at Eurobridge Shipping Services, I look forward to keep doing what I love together with the great team present,” he adds.
