Having worked in the insurance industry since 1981, mainly as an insurance broker and risk consultant, Lawrence Pavia has handled a number of large industrial and commercial enterprises, many of which are listed on the Malta Stock Exchange. These include international organisations with operations in Malta.

He is the founder of Island Insurance Brokers Ltd, now merged into Antes Insurance Brokers Ltd, part of the Argus Group of Companies

“I have assisted clients involved in large infrastructural projects from concept until execution and operational stages,” he notes.

 He also serves as an independent non-executive Director on a number of international insurance entities based in Malta.
