After over eight years as a Senior Interventional Radiographer at Mater Dei Hospital’s Angiosuite where she specialised in interventional procedures, joining TrioMed marks a new chapter for Clinical Application Specialist Lara Marie Deguara. 

"In my role at TrioMed, I work closely with healthcare professionals to provide clinical support, product training, and technical expertise across a range of medical imaging and interventional solutions," she shares. Her goal is to ensure that clinicians feel confident and fully supported in delivering the best possible patient care.

Alongside her professional role, she also served as a Clinical Tutor and Examiner for radiography students at the University of Malta, and as a Committee Member of the Society of Radiographers Malta, contributing to Continuous Professional Development initiatives.

Ms Deguara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, a Master’s in Radiography (MRI), and is currently pursuing doctoral research focused on optimising Malta’s acute stroke pathway.
