GAP Group has announced that it will exercise its option to redeem 4.75 per cent outstanding bonds it had issued in 2022 in full on 30th September 2026.

In an official statement, the company explained that the redemption follows the terms set out in the prospectus dated 5th December 2022 relating to the issue of the bonds, under which the company may redeem all or part of the bonds on any date between 22nd December 2025 and 21st December 2027, subject to giving at least 30 days’ notice.

As a result of the company’s decision, each bondholder will receive the principal amount held as at 31st August 2026, together with settlement of accrued interest for the period from 22nd December 2025 to 29th September 2026, both days included.

The company has also announced that trading in the bonds will cease at close of business on 27th August 2026.
