Konrad Sultana joined Dhalia Real Estate 18 years ago and has been managing the Marsascala Branch for the past 17 and a half years, leading a very dynamic and competitive team of 11 consultants with the support of an assistant. He considers working in such a successful team as the cherry on the cake.

“As an office,” he explains, “we focus, and I can say that we are experts, on the southern and eastern towns and villages. Our forte is residential, with each individual focusing on different properties, from farmhouses, villas and apartments to houses of character or townhouses. Experience helps you through the daily chores and challenges and sets you up to achieve the targets set, individually and as a team.”

For Mr Sultana, the greatest satisfaction is closing deals to the satisfaction of clients, both sellers and buyers.

“Every deal offers different challenges; it is like putting together a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle without having a picture of how it should look when complete,” he says.
