Having long expressed an interest in home design and sales, joining RE/MAX in 2014 seemed like a natural step for Justin Camilleri. Since then, he experienced the boom in the property sector and the switch in marketing from print to digital, winning several awards during his time as a Sales Agent. His last two years with the company were as a Sales Manager.

“In 2020,”he explains, “I finally decided to open my own agency, inspired by the conversations I had while attending conferences abroad. The insight I gained into the international real estate market helped me understand how other countries do real estate and that it is very different from the norm in Malta.”

After doing further research and getting to know the structure better, Mr Camilleri adapted the methods employed abroad to the local context while keeping the base and it is now being gradually introduced to the Maltese market.
