Josef Cachia specialises in corporate law, commercial law and financial services. “Furthermore,” he explains, “I passed the VFA agent test in 2019 and continued specialising in fintech and blockchain. Dr Cachia graduated from the University of Malta as a Doctor of Laws in 2011 and obtained a Master’s Degree in financial services two years later. He also obtained a certificate in trusts law and trust administration from the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
