Jonathan Sciberras started his working career in the retail sector, managing supermarkets for a major grocery retailer across Europe. As he progressed, he was assigned the finishing and furnishing of new outlets, developing shopfitting and layout skills and experience. The different locations and concepts offered a variety of challenges, which helped him gain most of his knowledge.

After eight years of travelling and gaining experience within the retail sector, Mr Sciberras moved back home and joined a leading grocery chain in Malta, helping with the upgrading and development of more supermarkets.

“Immediately,” he explains, “I observed the lack of quality shopfitters in Malta, and this is what inspired me to create 360 Retail Supplies Ltd, in a joint effort with my partner. I felt that, rather than working for a specific retailer, my knowledge could be valuable for all retailers by assisting them with design and innovative ideas, while supplying good quality shopfitting and equipment.”
