Joann Mifsud is a highly experienced professional in the field of financial services with a strong passion for process optimisation and enhancing customer experience and reducing waste.

In 2019, she joined Finductive as Head of Operations, where she made significant contributions to the company’s success. “In recognition of my dedication and exceptional performance, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022, a testament to my work ethic and commitment.
