His background can be traced to the insurance industry, where Jeffrey Sciberras acquired a strong foundation in contracts and legal matters. It was within this industry that he honed his professional intermediary skills, which have been invaluable throughout his career.

In 2000, he ventured into the real estate sector and continued working in this field until 2006, when he made a pivotal decision to fully commit himself to real estate. This turning point shaped his journey and opened up the road to where he stands today.

“Real estate,” Mr Sciberras asserts, “has ignited my passion for bringing individuals together in contractual agreements and I have been unwavering in this pursuit ever since. In 2011, I had the privilege of co-founding Northern Properties together with Damian Galea, a business partner and a long-time friend. Together, we have built and led a remarkable team responsible for facilitating over 1,000 sales through Northern Properties.”

Beyond the professional realm, he finds great satisfaction in mentoring those around him and witnessing their personal growth as they achieve their goals. “I strongly believe in investing in people and their abilities and I am grateful for the opportunity to support our company through their development,” he says.

As part of his role as Operations Director, Mr Sciberras also leads a network of international affiliates through established strategic partnerships. Furthermore, he proudly serves as the MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) for the company, embracing the challenges that come with this responsibility.
