As HSBC Bank Malta’s Head of Corporate Real Estate, Jeffrey Mercieca leads a team of Relationship Managers who manage a portfolio of hotel and real estate customers.

“My team delivers a range of lending and other solutions supporting our customers both internationally and domestically,” he explains.

Mr Mercieca has occupied many roles within the banking industry covering personal banking, risk, regulatory, business banking and corporate banking over a career spanning 34 years.

He has also managed regulatory projects including the European Central Bank (ECB) Asset Quality Review carried out by the ECB before it became the leading regulator of Malta’s top banks.
