Soon after completing his post-secondary education just under 20 years ago, Fabien Debono became involved in real estate.

“After working as a property consultant with another agency for about 13 years,” he recalls, “I joined Alliance Group in 2016 with the scope of taking my career to a higher level. At the time, we were still operating as part of an international real estate franchise and I had already established my own network of contacts to begin forming a team to open another Alliance branch office in Pietà. Together with my business partners, Michael Bonello, Jay Jay Micallef, Brian Magri and Dylan Micallef, we opened the new office in December 2016; first starting out with just five people.”

His award-winning team is today composed of no fewer than 18 agents, including some of the best performing of the Group. Alliance comprises a team of more than 150 property advisors backed with a network of branches around Malta and the wealth of knowledge, professional experience and strong personal relationships of its founding partners.

“My entrepreneurial spirit continually drives me to challenge myself and continue expanding my horizons. Apart from various ongoing property development projects, I am also co-Founder and Partner in the very popular Danny’s Kitchen and Deli, in Mrieħel,” Mr Debono says.
