“I am an analytical, energetic and detail-oriented senior executive with broad experience in various business setups,” Elton Debattista says.

Possessing a strong commercial business acumen and strategic skills, he always aims to drive successful outcomes. “I excel at identifying opportunities, managing complex situations and optimising operational efficiency. My ability to blend strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail ensures that I deliver results aligned with organisational objectives,” Mr Debattista asserts.

He pursued studies pertaining to insurance as well as health and safety and, recently, obtained his MBA with Henley Business School.

He has been in management since the age of 23, having held various management roles including that of General Manager and Chief Operations Officer with other entities.
