Douglas Salt is a shareholder and Board Member of Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd as well as Manager of the real estate firm's St Julian’s Branch. Douglas, like many from his generation, is fluent in English, Maltese and Italian.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Malta, he joined the company and succeeded in becoming one of the top sales consultants during his early days.

"I have now been with the group for 34 years. Besides my vast and extensive experience when it comes to selling property, nowadays my involvement focuses on the managerial, organisational and motivational aspects of the group, as well as human resources, property management, IT and AML. I am also the Founder and former President of the National Federation of Estate Agents and also the Founder President of the Estate Agents' Section of the Malta Development Association," he shares with WhosWho.mt.

Douglas resides in Madliena with his wife Joanne and four daughters. He believes in sharing his opinions and visions for the real estate market in Malta and also for the Frank Salt Real Estate Group.
