Darren Vassallo grew within the hospitality and catering industry, working in junior staff positions since he was 15 years old. He gained experience on the job locally and even abroad over the years and grew gradually in his senior positions.

In his role as General Manager, he has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management and financial performance. He successfully led teams to achieve operational excellence, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable and meets the highest standards of quality. His focus on training and development empowered staff to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.
As an Operations Manager, he honed his skills in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
