Darren Vassallo grew within the hospitality and catering industry, working in junior staff positions since he was 15 years old. He gained experience on the job locally and even abroad over the years and grew gradually in his senior positions.

In his role as General Manager, he has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management and financial performance. As an Operations Manager, he honed his skills in streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
