With over 15 years’ experience in various roles in the real estate industry under his belt, Clive Demicoli now leads RE/MAX Advantage Msida as Managing Director and Franchise Owner.

He first joined RE/MAX Malta in 2015, and is now tasked with leading a team of licensed property consultants who provide "efficient and professional lettings services to clients across the island".

"I also specialise in luxury real estate and commercial property investment sales, leveraging my studies, past experiences in hospitality and other sectors," he says.

Mr Demicoli's mission is to deliver "exceptional value and satisfaction" to his customers, partners, and associates, by applying his expertise in business development, marketing, and negotiation.

"I have successfully expanded my franchise into the letting market and secured multiple contracts and deals. More recently I joined the board of directors of Federated Mills plc, the only flour mill in Malta, and I am also the owner of CJD Capital, a private investment company, and ANCA Properties Ltd, a property management and development company," he adds.

RE/MAX Malta Real Estate Agency, founded by Kevin, Jeffrey and Joseph Buttigieg in 2004, is the first Maltese real estate franchise to be established in Malta and Gozo.
