Christopher Vella co-founded Exacta Solutions in 2019 after spending many years in executive leadership roles within the recruitment, consulting, and online gaming industries. Since entering the iGaming sector in 2005, Mr Vella has built a strong international network and developed extensive experience in executive recruitment, business operations, M&A brokerage, and strategic growth advisory.

"At Exacta Solutions, I work closely with startups, scale-ups, and established businesses across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and other international markets," he shares, "helping them grow through talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities." 

Mr Vella also serves as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director for several companies, including one of the world’s leading social gaming businesses.
