The market was fully liberalised at the beginning of 2013, enabling other entities to provide postal services within the scope of the universal service.

One of the country's largest private employers, it is regulated by the Malta Communications Authority and is listed on the Malta Stock Exchange.

The company developed a state-of-the-art document management centre in Xewkija, which is equipped to scan, archive and index information of both electronic and physical formats.

Its corporate vision is to be recognised as one of Malta's leading companies and aims to be a customer-focused, financially and commercially strong enterprise.
