Catherine Calleja is an experienced financial services professional with a keen interest in participating and contributing towards developing both the insurance industry, where she operates in, in as well as business in Malta in a sustainable manner.

Caterine is Executive Director and Company Secretary of Atlas Insurance, and a Director on several group boards. She is also the Board Director responsible for ESG for the Atlas Group.

“I have been Managing Director of Atlas Healthcare Insurance Agency since 2004, and am a past President of the Insurance Association Malta, and currently Vice-President,” she tells WhosWho.mt

Catherine is also a Council Member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and currently chairs the Malta Chamber Services Providers Economic Group. She is a Visiting Lecturer within the Faculty of Economics Management and Accountancy of the University of Malta, her alma mater, and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurer.
