Audrey Hughes is a results-driven finance professional with a strong analytical and forecasting skills, and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Ms Hughes began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s in Psychology with Honours, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Probation Services from the University of Malta. She transitioned quickly through finance roles, and later earned her ACCA qualification, which marked her full transition into the finance world. Her early career roles – from finance officer to financial controller – laid the groundwork for her rise to executive leadership.

She holds several key directorships, including at Agora Estates plc, 365bnb Limited, and Hughes Holdings Limited. She is also Chief Finance Officer at J. Zammit Estates Limited.

Ms Hughes thrives under pressure and enjoys bringing structure and strategic insight to challenging financial landscapes.
