Andrew Saliba graduated as Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2016 and was called to the Bar in 2017. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Laws summa cum laude and received academic recognition for two consecutive years during his Doctor of Laws course, including a Dean’s List Award for Best Performance in 2015. His doctoral thesis, which focused on the regulation of live adult entertainment, was awarded a distinction.

“My practice covers a wide spectrum of civil, commercial, and corporate law, with particular emphasis on contracts and tort, defamation, insurance, public procurement, property, and planning legislation,” he explains. “I regularly appear before the Courts of Malta, administrative tribunals and boards, as well as the Malta Arbitration Centre.”

In addition to litigation, Mr Saliba acts as legal counsel to a range of commercial entities, providing ongoing legal support across diverse sectors. His advisory work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, offering guidance on regulatory compliance and industrial and employment-related matters, and providing specialist advice in insurance law.
