Throughout his successful journey, Ammar Soltan positioned eeetwell as Malta’s largest F&B franchise, with 20 stores locally and a total of 27 stores worldwide.

“Under my leadership, eeetwell has gained international acclaim, being featured in multiple publications. This growth is underscored by our franchise model, which has seen over half of our stores flourish as franchises, testament to the brand's scalable success and the collaborative spirit of our franchise partners,” he explains.

In 2021, he expanded the culinary portfolio by founding YamiYabi, an authentic Asian restaurant with three locations in Malta. Following this, he launched Frullado, an artisanal ice-cream brand, and Yalali, a Lebanese restaurant, adding diverse flavours to the company’s offerings.

Eeetwell's dedication to quality was honoured with two awards in 2021 and another in 2023.

“The year 2024 marked the launch of Tangy Brands, integrating all four distinct food brands under one roof, showcasing a commitment to innovation and culinary excellence,” Mr Soltan asserts.
