KastellVP, a business management coaching firm launched by Simon Vella and Liam Pace, celebrated the one-year anniversary since its launch through a social media post on Thursday.

“A year ago KastellVP was born… and what a year full of great experiences and rewarding moments it has been,” it said.

The Company thanked all the clients that entrusted it to help them “address challenging situations and for being open and vulnerable in the process,” with one client pointing out that “You cannot expect better results if you keep doing what you’ve always done.”

The launch of the brand and its online presence, which was done in collaboration with the Growth Gurus team, was “another great milestone achieved, and we look forward to continue building on this over the upcoming year”.

“Helping business owners and their leadership team achieve their dreams is very rewarding and fills us with courage for the years ahead, however, we must admit that completing the project to host three Ukrainian families in Malta was equally rewarding,” the post continued, with KastellVP thanking those that made the humanitarian project possible and for “helping us bring a smile back to these families”.

“We’re so excited for the year ahead and look forward to continue helping business owners create a business they love leading and a life they love living,” the post concluded.

Mr Vella and Mr Pace worked together in several roles and organisations for around 20 years, including at ICT Solutions as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial Officer respectively.

Their experience throughout different industries led to them feeling “an ever-growing pain among small and medium business owners who struggled to take their business to the next level,” leading to the idea of creating KastellVP to coach owners of small and medium businesses in a healthy and sustainable manner.
