The Malta Association of Risk Management (MARM) has announced two new appointments among its members.

Professor Simon Grima, who is a founding member of MARM and a past president of the Association, has been elected to the board of the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA).

Prof Grima is currently a MARM council member and the Head of Department of Insurance at the University of Malta, responsible for the degrees in Insurance and Risk Management. He also sits on a number of Boards and Committees within the Financial Services Industry.

Mr Antonio Giannino, currently Vice President of MARM and the Chief Risk Officer of Amagis Capital Group, has been appointed to the Digital Committee of Experts at FERMA.

The Malta Association of Risk Management promotes, advances and encourages the knowledge and use of risk management within the private and public sectors in Malta, and is a member of FERMA.
