Business Profile

Since joining the Group in 2011 as General Manager of Food Chain Ltd, I have played a key role in restaurant expansion, served as a Director of Quintano Foods, and led the Group's Food Business. In 2022, I transitioned to the beverage side of the organisation, taking responsibility for The Brewhouse and managing FBIC.

As Chief Commercial Officer, I oversee the Group's sales and marketing functions for Farsons and FBIC, as well as operations at The Brewhouse. Aa an accomplished executive with a background in accountancy, my focus is on driving commercial performance and support strategic development across the Group.
