I am an ACCA-qualified accountant currently working as Operations Manager at Carmelo Abela Marketing Ltd. My role focuses on improving internal processes to increase efficiency across the company, particularly in logistics, deliveries, and the stores team. I enjoy developing data-driven solutions and regularly building up Power BI reports to help the company track performance and make informed decisions. I also support the finance team on a daily basis in preparation and reporting of management accounts to the directors. With background and knowledge in finance and a strong interest in operations and analytics, I am passionate about finding smarter ways of working and support continuous improvement.
