Business Profile

I am a seasoned professional in Counselling, Business Consultancy, Coaching, and Mentoring. I completed my Master of Arts (Counselling & Psychotherapy) at the University of East London in 2020 and earned my Master in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in 2005. Additionally, I hold degrees in Sacred Theology from Institut Catholique de Toulouse and Arts (Philosophy, Psychology, and Sociology) from the University of Malta. I possess a Diploma in Systemic Practice from the Tavistock Clinic, UK, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Malta.

Currently, I serve as the Principal of the Malta Leadership Institute, offering my expertise as a Business Consultant, Freelance Trainer, and Coach in Management, Leadership, and related Soft Skills. With a rich background, I've led teams in Family & Psychological Services and Customer Service (Call Centre) - Social Policy Information Centre (SPIC). My commitment extends to lecturing on various subjects, including Management, Leadership, Customer Care, and Psychology.

In the voluntary sector, I've contributed to youth groups at Kana Movement and other organizations. As a Counsellor in private practice, holding Warrant No CCP057, I remain dedicated to my passion for Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring, and contributing to the fields of Customer Care, Management, Leadership, Project Management, Assertiveness, Communication Skills, and Addiction Studies.

I've also been actively involved in professional associations, previously as a Member of the Malta Association for the Counselling Profession (MACP), on the Board for the Foundation of Education Services (FES), and as the General Secretary of the European Association of Counselling (EAC). Currently, I am a Member Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD - UK) and an outgoing member of the Council for Counselling Profession.
