Business Profile

I joined Vistra in June 2010 as in-house Lawyer. I was promoted to Director in 2011 and Deputy Managing Director in 2016. Currently, I hold the position of Country Managing Director and I am primarily responsible for managing the Malta office and implementing a strategic plan that focuses on growth within the private wealth sector. I am also responsible for key multi-national clients and business introducers, as well as developing new products and service lines for the Malta office.

Since joining Vistra, I have gained considerable experience in advising private clients on various corporate, legal and trust matters, as well as on immigration and succession planning.

I graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2009 and was admitted to the Bar in 2010. I am a Member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates, the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the Malta Chamber of Commerce. I am fluent in Maltese, English and Italian.
