6PM Holdings has announced the appointment of Philip Kelly as a non-executive Director to the board of Directors, with effect from 11th August.

This follows the resignation of Oliver Scott, effective from the same date.

Mr Kelly has served as a non-executive director of several listed and private companies in the software and related services sector in the UK.

Prior to that, Mr Kelly garnered over 25 years' experience as the Chief Executive Officer of private and publicly quoted software companies supplying the commercial and public sectors in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Mr Kelly has previously worked for Digital Equipment Corporation and 3i Consultants.

He holds an Economics degree from the University of Leicester and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cranfield University.
