Paul Gonzi has been elected to the Equity Partnership of Fenech & Fenech Advocates, as of 1st January 2021.
Dr Gonzi, who joined the firm in 2007, graduated from the University of Malta as a Doctor of Laws in 2005.
He also read for a Master of Laws (LLM) in the subject grouping ‘Computer and Communications Law’ in 2007 at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, and was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2008.
Dr Gonzi was promoted to Junior Partner in 2017, having had over a decade of hands-on experience advising clients on litigious and non-litigious matters.
He was responsible for the establishment of the firm’s Employment Law department and is now a recognised leader in this area.
Dr Gonzi also practices as a litigation lawyer before the Courts, Industrial Tribunal, Arbitration and before the Appeal Tribunals in matters of employment law, industrial relations, public procurement and telecoms.
