Paul Anthony Schembri has been appointed as Alunafi’s new Operations Officer.
Alunafi is a financial institution that provides comprehensive banking solutions, including SEPA, SWIFT, and debit card services, to regulated sectors such as aviation, iGaming, and financial institutions.
Before joining Alunafi, Mr Schembri was a Trading System Analyst at Pinnacle. His background also includes an extensive tenure at bet365, where he spent nearly five years in various roles, including Trading Assistant, Trading Quality Control, and Senior Trading Quality Controller.
Mr Schembri's professional journey also features significant leadership roles in client relations. At Paddy Power Betfair, he served as an Escalation Manager for almost four years, handling client complaints and ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction. He also has experience as a Liaison Officer at Saint James Hospital.
Mr Schembri has noted that his professional ethos is centred on leadership and client relations, with a focus on successfully managing complex projects and remaining composed under pressure.
