Noni co-owner and Michelin-starred chef Jonathan Brincat teamed up with renowned Maltese-Australian chef Shane Delia at the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.

Over four nights, Chef Brincat collaborated with Maha, a Melbourne-based Middle Eastern restaurant owned by Chef Delia.

“It was an honour to host Maltese Michelin-starred chef and friend of Maha, Jonathan Brincat, as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival’s inaugural Global Dining Series,” Maha said.

“He brought the island’s rich traditions and the modern, influential flavours of Noni here to Melbourne through a five-course degustation.”

“Thank you to each and every one of our guests who filled every table and embraced these special nights of Maltese dining.”

Chef Delia recently launched a Australian TV show called Shane Delia’s Malta, which focuses on Maltese heritage and dishes, in which he travelled to Malta to try out local food and speak to cooks, artisans, producers and families.
