APS Bank has teamed up with PwC Malta to deliver the next APS Business talk. This online event is an off-shoot of the APS talks series, where experts in their field share knowledge to create sessions targeted directly at businesses.

Michel Ganado, Consulting Partner at PwC Malta, will be speaking about ‘Business growth through customer experience transformation’ on 29th April at 6.30pm

With over thirty years of experience in managing comprehensive consulting assignments both locally and overseas, Mr Ganado will discuss the challenges being faced by many local organisations to embrace solutions necessary to achieve sustainable growth.

He will also look into how they must revisit their front office in a way that will quickly bring together the growth levers needed to offer the organisation much-needed stability in this new environment.
