Beloved Naxxar restaurant The Daily Grub will be closing permanently on 17th July, owners Fabian and Anca announced on Sunday.
Inviting customers to say goodbye and "enjoy one last burger, pasta and Indian dish," the pair expressed their sadness about having to close shop.
And, while Fabian and Anca said this was a "hard to decision to take", they concede that it is "for the better".
“We are still keeping our restaurant name, so you’ll never know what the future holds,” they concluded.
The Daily Grub launched its restaurant in Naxxar's centre in 2018 with the vision of “catering for everyone living a busy life”, offering a range of cuisines, including Italian and Asian, as well as healthier twists on several dishes.
