In celebration of a Planning Authority approval for AX Group’s new five-star hotel and luxury terraces project in Rabat, Director of Construction and Development Denise Xuereb shared just how special the project is to the company and the Xuereb family’s heart.

“This may look like just another building for most of you, but this is what I have been working very hard at (myself) for the last few months/years to make sure we have the best possible design for such a sensitive sight,” she said on social media.

“However, this is a project that my dad has been working on for the past 27 years. That is right, 27 years.”

AX Group’s beginnings start with Angelo Xuereb, founder and Chairman of the organisation. He launched the AX brand through AX Construction in 1975, following in his own father’s footsteps after growing up helping in the family’s construction and property business.

“I am happy that together with my fantastic team, we will be delivering yet another quality AX Group project that will once again raise the bar on many levels. Very proud to have brought it home with a unanimous vote in favour.

“I look forward to the many challenges that we will face, overcome, look back and smile,” says Denise.
