Motors Inc. has been awarded the Best Importer 2024 in Europe title by the Leapmotor's international team, recognising the company’s success in introducing Leapmotor’s electric vehicles (EVs) to the Maltese market.
The award was presented by Julian Ramiro Fittipaldi, Distributor Manager, and received by Motors Inc.'s CEO, Matthew Fenech.
This recognition comes just months after Motors Inc. became the official distributor for Leapmotor in Malta in August 2024.
Motors Inc., a leading automotive distributor, partnered with Leapmotor as part of the brand’s broader international expansion strategy, which aims to establish it as a key player in the global EV sector.
In a press release, Leapmotor attributed the EVs’ success in Malta to a combination of competitive pricing and Government incentives, which have made EVs more accessible to local consumers. For instance, it highlighted that Leapmotor’s smallest model starts at just over €9,000.
