MMH Malta Limited has announced its new Board of Directors, which will be led by Angelique Maggi, together will Paul J Abela and Louisa Abela.

Announcing their appointment on social medial, MMH said that under their directorship, it would “continue building on [the] legacy and business ethos based on over 40 years of experience garnered by Founder Paul Abela”.  

Mr Abela, the company explained, will remain a Consultant to the Board and an “integral pillar in [its] business development”.

The new Board of Directors are joined by “renowned international maritime lawyer” Dr Ann Fenech, Sergio Vella and his “extensive experience in leading enterprises with a strong international reach”, and Joshua Zammit who will bring his ”expertise in strategy, change management, and human resources”.

“Together they shall ensure that MMH and the Maritime Hub become an important regional service centre within the maritime industry opening opportunities for the local industry to grow and placing Malta firmly on the map as a centre of maritime excellence”, MMH believes.

MMH Malta Ltd specialises in the specific requirements of the oil and gas and marine sectors, providing a range of services including rig agency and rig stop services, planning, project recruitment, the contracting of pre-screened and pre-qualified personnel, training, logistics, facilities provision, supply chain services and project management.

Based in the Mediterranean Maritime Hub in Valletta Port, MMH describes itself as at the heart of a programme of development and investment that will make Malta the regional centre for providing the complete range of service support required by the marine, oil and gas industry in the Mediterranean region.
