An experienced professional, Ryan Grech has over 20 years of experience within the tourism industry.

He presently serves as Operations Manager at the Gozo branch of BELS English Language School, in Kerċem. BELS specialises in teaching English as a second language and providing personalised corporate training courses for local companies.

“In my role I supervise all aspects of the school's operations, including key relationships with agent partners, service providers, host families, and the local community,” he explains.

He says he chose this field because it allows him to interact with people from around the world and learn about their cultures, languages and perspectives: “I believe in creating memorable experiences for travellers and find great reward in making their stays enjoyable.”

Mr Grech also enjoys sharing the island with the multitude of tourists at BELS. “My commitment to promoting tourism in Gozo,” he asserts, “is also demonstrated by my position as an Executive Committee Member of the Gozo Tourism Association (GTA).”

Prior to his role at BELS, he spent a significant part of his career managing conferences, incentives and shore excursions for a well-regarded travel agency. This experience equipped him with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
