However, this closure marks not the end, but a new chapter for the culinary institution. The Briju team shared exciting plans for 2025, revealing that they are strengthening their structure as the focus shifts to hosting unique events at Maria Rosa, a picturesque venue surrounded by nature and expansive outdoor spaces, offering a fresh and vibrant atmosphere.
