MedservRegis plc has received the Malta Stock Exchange Company of the Year Award 2026.
The award was given to and accepted on behalf of the company’s board by the company’s Vice Chairman, Anthony Diacono, together with its Co-CEOs, Karl Bartolo and Olivier Bernard.
MedservRegis is an international company with its headquarters in Malta, and it provides services to the oil and gas, energy and mining sectors as well as specialised services, equipment, and procurement solutions to energy, drilling, mining, and heavy industry-related companies worldwide.
Mr Diacono had already received the first edition of this award for Medserv back in 2016.
“Since then the Group has grown into new markets and new services, and became MedservRegis following the Regis transaction in 2021,” the company said on social media.
“This recognition belongs first to our teams across the countries where we operate, who deliver for our clients every day, often in demanding environments,” the company added.
Mr Bernard, commenting on the award, said that it is also a judgement on how a company reports to the market. “Behind every set of results, forecast and announcement we publish, there is a corporate team working on finance, reporting, company secretarial, legal and investor matters. Their work is rarely visible, and it is the reason investors can rely on what we publish. It is also built on what our growing team delivers every day across the countries where we operate.”
The company is also celebrating 20 years since it listed on the Malta Stock Exchange.
