MedservRegis plc, a leading oilfield support and services company with head offices in Malta, on Tuesday announced that its subsidiary, Middle East Tubular Services Limited (METS), was successfully awarded a contract by a new client.

Dubai Petroleum has engaged Medserv subsidiary METS for a duration of three years to provide machining services on a call out basis.

The contract, while covering three years, gives Dubai Petroleum to option to extend for a further two-year period under the same terms and conditions.

It came into effect on 1st December 2021, while services are to be carried out from the METS facilities situated in the United Arab Emirates.

Founded in 1974, Medserv has become a trusted partner and provider of integrated oilfield support and services to IOCs and NOCs operating in and around the Mediterranean.

The company operates dedicated bases in Malta, Cyprus, Egypt, UAE, Oman and Iraq, and has a representative office in Libya.

In April 2021, Medserv announced the company entered into an agreement with Regis Holdings Limited, to bring the two entities together through a share-for-share exchange, thus creating Medserv Regis Group.
