MeDirect has “with great sadness” announced the passing of Sabrina Magro Miggiani, who worked with the local digital-first bank as Senior Developer Software in Test.

Ms Magro Miggiani joined MeDirect in 2021, following a brief stint with Intrasoft International in the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

Prior to that, she worked for over six years with gaming platform software development company Bit8.

In an emphatic endorsement from MeDirect colleague Joseph Attard, given on LinkedIn back in 2021, Ms Magro Miggiani was described as “a great asset to any given organisation”.

“Sabrina gives great attention to detail and always strived to complete any task at hand diligently and in a timely manner,” he said, noting her “inquisitive eye” and ability to detect and resolve potential bugs while contributing to design and the implementation of new features.

“Any company would be lucky to have her within its ranks,” wrote Mr Attard.

In its announcement of her passing, MeDirect said that Ms Magro Miggiani will be “deeply missed” by all her colleagues at the bank.

“Our thoughts are very much with her family during this difficult time.”
