Human resources specialist Luke Gauci has been named Recruitment Manager at Reed Recruitment Malta, he shared on Monday.

This comes after he served in a variety of consultancy roles at the recruitment agency since 2019, including Recruitment Consultant and Senior Executive Consultant.

Prior to his time at Reed Recruitment Malta, Mr Gauci worked as Human Resources Coordinator at aviation manufacturing company Lufthansa Technik for 10 months. He also served as Supervisor of M&Z (Marketing) Ltd’s Retail Merchandising team for six years.

Mr Gauci specialises in recruitment within the financial services sector, ranging from junior positions all the way to C-level. He prides himself on assisting candidates who are “exploring the market for new opportunities” as well as “clients who are looking into hiring, or simply wanting an insight on the market and the current hiring trend”.
