The Phoenicia Malta is celebrating the 29th work anniversary of concierge Lee Fenech, today, 29th March.

“Happy Anniversary to our amiable concierge, Lee Fenech!,” the Floriana 5-star institution said on social media.

“Lee is one of our long-term employees, having been with us for 29 years now. Indeed, 29 years on the 29th March!”

It continued: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank Lee for his continuous hard work and loyalty towards The Phoenicia Malta family.”

In September 2021, the hotel announced the appointment of industry veteran Robyn Pratt as General Manager.

Shortly after her appointment, Ms Pratt mused on the importance of “engaging and inspiring the team”, as this will in turn help team members focus on engaging and inspiring guests.

The approach seems to be well received, with one comment under the post celebrating Mr Fenech’s ‘lucky anniversary’ describing him as a “lovely man” who was “so helpful”.

“And what a charmer!” the commentor added.
