Kurt Grima has been appointed as Izola Bank’s Head of Finance and Treasury. He will be taking over this role from Calvin Bartolo, who has relinquished this post after eight years to assume the newly created role of Head of Strategy and Value.
Having joined the bank as a Senior Finance and Treasury Manager back in 2019, Mr Grima has a diverse background in the financial services industry. He previously served as the Group Financial Controller at Calamatta Cuschieri.
Prior to that role, Mr Grima also served as an accountant at MSV Live and as a Senior Auditor at EY Malta.
Mr Grima holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta, is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor and a Fellow Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
