After six-and-a-half years with Konnekt, Kane Valletta is beginning a new chapter as HR Manager at KonnektTalexio.

Reflecting on his journey, Mr Valletta explained that he joined Konnekt as a young graduate with little experience in recruitment.

“6.5 years ago, I was given an opportunity to join Konnekt as a young, inexperienced, fresh grad, somewhat naively stepping into the fast-paced world of recruitment,” he wrote.

At the time, his goal was straightforward: “Going into it, I had no major plans, just one goal: learn as much as I could.”

The new role marks the next stage of Mr Valletta's professional journey with the organisation.

“Today, the journey starts a new chapter as I am excited to be taking over the role of HR Manager at KonnektTalexio, the organisation that has shaped so much of my professional journey to date,” he said.

Reflecting on the years spent with the organisation, Mr Valletta highlighted the importance of shared values and the opportunity to continue developing professionally.

“Through these years of impactful work and meaningful connections (and many, many lessons learnt!), I am grateful to continue developing in an organisation that truly aligns with my core values and that allows me to drive a culture that genuinely aligns with who I am.”

In his new role, Mr Valletta will work alongside the HR and Internal Support team, contributing to KonnektTalexio's growth across Malta and Cyprus, as well as beyond these markets. The appointment marks a new chapter in his six-and-a-half-year journey with the organisation.
