Harvest Technology has announced the resignation of the Chairman of its Board, Juanito Camilleri, with effect from Monday.

Prof Camilleri will also step down as Director and legal and judicial representative of the company.

He will be replaced by Keith Busuttil, a Non-executive Director at the company, who has been appointed to chair the board.

Harvest Technology thanked Prof Camilleri for his “service and contribution to the company and for his fundamental role in the growth of the Harvest Group throughout the years.”
